Motivation?

April 29th, 2008 by Krystal Anna Molly

I just finished watching Britney Spears’ video “Piece of Me” on Youtube. I gotta say, after so many bad tabloids/melodramas/bitchfits/metal problems she had (and still has). I can’t deny, she’s still my longtime favorite pop artist since she started (along with Xtina, of course!). I seriously can’t be bothered about her personal life (disappointed when she started turning this way years ago though, but I got over it. I mean, why should I get bothered if she can’t help herself? LOL!) but in the pop entertainment, I only can be bothered to take the time to listen and watch her.

And looking at her better looking body compared to after she gave birth, I’m so motivated to exercise! Hahahahah! Hmmmm, at least she’s a real poof that you can lose weight if you work super hard eh? Which is, of course, hard for most of us because we have jobs to do, school to attend while she gets paid to “look good” and her career will be at great risk if she’s still fat and flabby eh?

Anyway, a quote to consider:

Jealousy is simply and clearly the fear that you do not have value. Jealousy scans for evidence to prove the point - that others will be preferred and rewarded more than you. There is only one alternative - self-value. If you cannot love yourself, you will not believe that you are loved. You will always think it’s a mistake or luck. Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within. Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences. Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security. Then you will be the one others envy, and you can remember the pain and reach out to them. ~Jennifer James
